Product Information:

• Temsan H Tablets are myheart pharmaceuticals’ brand name for a medication prescribed to reduce blood pressure, which usually consists of combination drug containing an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) or calcium channel blocker (CCB) as the main active ingredients.


• This combination is used to treat mild, moderate, or severe hypertension (high blood pressure) as well as certain types of angina pectoris (chest pain).

It may also be used preventively in patients who had a heart attack with mild to severe chest pain or those who experienced uncontrolled hypertension after taking ACE inhibitors or ARBs alone.


• Temsan-H tablets combined with lifestyle changes help lower high blood pressure, which helps reduce the chances of having a stroke or heart attack. They also help symptoms like chest discomfort, dizziness, headaches that are associated with elevated BP levels.

Side Effects:

• Common side effects reported include dizziness, headache, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, nausea/vomiting/upset stomach etc. Rare side effects may include feeling down/bad about self, swollen breasts. muscle aches/cramps etc., which should not persist and require immediate medical attention should any occur for more than 2 weeks’ duration.
